Bomumu is easygoing and can usually get along with anyone.
Though it takes more effort, if you manage to form a close bond with her, she is highly loyal and will fight anyone who badmouths her friends.
(She's a firecracker when people cross a line or are jackasses.)Her communication style leans towards physical over speech, such as a thumbs up or salute. Her chosen silence isn't a lack of opinion though, she just prefers to keep her thoughts to herself (she knows that her brusque internal dialogue is unwanted.) Bomumu will loosen up her filter around close friends though since she trusts them to not judge her. The one way to get her talking is to bring up her interests, this opens the floodgates and you might find yourself swept away by her motormouth.Despite her small stature, she is buzzing with energy. You'll find her constantly fidgeting with something such as her rings or buttons. She'll also shift her weight around if she's stuck in a situation where she can't move around. Because of this inability to stay still, she sometimes zones out when people start monologuing at or around her. This can lead to gaps in her knowledge, but luckily she can work out most stuff based on context.

Bomumu is of mixed clan; 75% plain and 25% dune
She was born and raised in the Southern Isles on her parents' citrus orchard. This led to her favorite snack being candied lemon peels.She grew up there with her older sister and younger brother who both stayed on the isles. Her older sister, Pakuku Paku, is a boatswain for a trading vessel while her younger brother, Bikuri Suikuri, is a rancher at a farm near their parents' orchard.While Bomumu lived on the Southern Isles she helped build/repair houses, boats, tools, and the like. Using the skills she learned from her jobs, she would then tinker and make little things for herself during her free time.Her interests also include fire and explosions, but living in the plains meant she had to be extra careful of where she entertained these fancies.Although living on the Isles was fine, the limitations led her to seek out more for herself. Instead of just living idly, she wanted to explore the realm and expand her knowledge along the way.She knew she would have to fund her own trip once she left so she researched careers that would allow her to travel. In doing so, stumbled upon the fact that Lalafell often have an inclination towards magic. This information led her to the thurmaturge guild in Ul'dah.It is there that her journey begins.

First off, thank you for taking an interest in Bomumu Bomu!As for info about myself, I have a BS in Biochemistry and am currently working in a high-throughput sequencing lab. While I enjoy my job and am grateful to be working there, it sadly means that my free time is limited.As of April 2025, I have completed Dawntrail through patch 7.2 and am eagerly awaiting the bermuda triangle field op.

I feel it is important to note that Bomumu is separate from me as a person. She is a character that I love dearly, but I feel that the above statement needs be acknowledged so that IC and OOC interactions don't get muddled.
